A small gift from a vending machine can be a way to thank your colleagues. For your Christmas party, we prepare a machine in your colours, with your screen content and chosen products. It could welcome guests at the entrance or form part of the programme; we’ll discuss placement for your particular venue.
A little something for your team
Packaged sweets, cosmetics or small pieces of company merchandise could make gifts for employees or guests. Suitability depends on size, weight and packaging. We check the chosen product and prepare the shelves accordingly. If you want guests to have a choice, we can also help plan the product selection.
Free collection or an invitation code
Guests can collect a gift freely or use a QR or other code. If the code will be part of your invitation, we’ll agree how it connects to dispensing. Custom rules and software changes are scoped for the event. On-screen instructions can follow your visual identity.
Ready before guests arrive
We arrange the wrap, transport, installation and product preparation. Support during the party can also be agreed. The quote depends on the date, location, rental duration and services required. We confirm availability directly; an inquiry does not reserve a machine.
Common questions
Can the machine use our Christmas artwork?
Yes. We can arrange custom graphics and screen content in your company or party colours. The 3D studio lets you try a colour and logo; final print artwork is prepared separately.
What does hiring a machine for one party cost?
We quote for the event location and duration, machine count, artwork and support. You only need a name and email to start an inquiry; we’ll work out the details together.
